On November 15, 2024, the Ghana Association of Real Estate Brokers (GAREB) launched its training center for it professional members. The program was graced with the presence of Nana Otu Turkson (CEO of the Real Estate Agency Council, Ghana), Lawyer Raphael Hockey (Regional Operations, Lands Commission), Nana Amankwaa Asare II (A traditional ruler and Founder of Shelter Mart Ltd.), Ms. Hanna Atease (CEO of EWELLS Consultancy, founding member of GAREB), and Aba Amoah (CEO of BDZ Company and a certified member of GhIS).
Inductees were taken through six (6) days intensive training and 3 days examination with Five Courses under the institutes Mandatory Entry Programs (MEP). According the vice president of GAREB, Ebenezer Oppong Aboagye who is also the registrar of GhIREB, all applicant for the MEP program successfully passed the examination. Inductees were awarded a professional certificates.
There were short speeches by the facilitators of GhIREB, namely Ing. Jacob Adofo Ansong, Lawyer Raphael Hockey, Ms. Hanna Atease, and Ms. Aba Amoah (MGhIS).
Ebenezer Oppong Aboagye (Brokerage Supervisor) and Augustine Esamoa were inducted as a Certified Broker and Certified Agent respectively. Congratulations to them and the other inductees.
